Service Description

PILATES PLAY A session that’s for YOU, just as much, if not more, than for the children. A Little Seedlings introduction to play, with movement songs, before heading into a 45 minute Pilates session with Emma, and ending with a mindful moment and bubbles. This session is within the Main Little Seedlings Hub, so access to play throughout is available for children, with support from Lucy from Little Seedlings wherever needed. Please wear loose clothing, bring a water bottle and a mat wherever possible. NO REFUNDS ON PREBOOKED SESSIONS.
