NOT JUST FOR NEW PARENTS...For ALL parents needing some extra support! A gorgeous opportunity to gain 1:1 support from Helen Marshall, psychotherapist and Mum of 2, in a low lit, natural sensory space with stimulating play for children from birth to five years old. This four week course will cover a range of different topics each week, whilst giving you an opportunity to bring anything to the table during discussions to get support. We are not limited to what support you can gain from Helen during the workshop. Each session will begin and end with activities for the child, with 45minutes-one hour being parent focused with free-flow play available to all children. Help us, help you, to navigate the ups and downs of parenting. In a warm, stimulating space for both parent and child.
